Connect with others and reduce isolation with our professional, low-cost group supervision for Australian counsellors
Our groups are open groups, meaning that they are open each month for anyone to join. The reason I release only one month at a time is so that it is fair and equitable to everyone. This means that everyone has the same opportunity to book supervision each month.
I run approximately 7 groups a month and they are released via my booking system in the third week of the month. An email is also sent. If you like to receive that email please contact me to be added.
Join our group supervision sessions, where Australian counsellors, from students to seasoned professionals, come together in a supportive and friendly environment. These sessions are all about shared learning, mutual support, and professional growth, with a focus on building strong collegial connections.
With my extensive experience in counselling and supervision, I create a space where you can share insights, solve problems together, and network. Our group sessions reduce isolation, foster community, and empower you to navigate your professional journey with confidence and connection.
Group supervision is a form of supervision that allows much needed connection and collective wisdom and experience to be shared and developed in a safe space.
But it doesn’t have to be!
The number one benefit I hear from counsellors who attend my groups – is connection with others.
Group supervision is a great way to connect, network and develop professional relationships with other counsellors while learning from the collective group of experience.
I offer group supervison every month for 2 hours per group. It is a cost effective way to maintain your ACA requirements and connect with others. The group has varied levels of experience and a wide variety of topics – but does focus more generally on counsellors in private practice.

After trying a couple of different supervisors, I found Penny Adams and I am so grateful that I did. For the past couple of years Penny has been an ongoing source of knowledge and support that has really enhanced my counselling skills and business development. Penny has a rich and deep knowledge base that I haven't found elsewhere and I really appreciate this. If you want a thoughtful, kind, honest, and super smart supervisor, Penny is definitely the person for you. Supervision is so vital to our work, and Penny is truly excellent at her craft.
