- You begin your private practice journey: you start engaging with the program - exploring the content, watching the videos, reflecting on your next steps, engaging with other members and getting clearer on your direction.
- You have questions: naturally things comes up. Whether it's confusion, uncertainty or curiosity, you are not left alone to figure it out. Through your personal vault, the forum and drop-in sessions questions get answered.
- You learn and get lots of ideas and help: as you move through the modules and community support, new ideas emerge, gaps close and it all starts to make sense! You come away with the practical know-how you've been looking for.
- You feel stuck and overwhelmed: let's be real this is most likely going to happen BUT what causes it is different for everyone. We have three options for you - drop-in sessions, short video responses to questions or PowerUps. This ensures you are set for success!

what are powerups?
Powerups are the way to get additonal support when you need - you are only paying for what you need. Everyone is different and the type of help, feedback, cheerleading is also different. The cookie-cutter approach to programs presume everyone needs the same thing or sticks you in a group coaching call where people generally feel behind or inadequate. This also means that programs are often too costly - but not this one!
Please note that PowerUps will include personalised video feedback for the speediest response. Zoom sessions with Penny are not considered supervision sessions - these need to be booked seperately.
